(I) If you disagree with a proposed change, your sole remedy is to cancel the paid service before the price change enters into force and (ii) Your continued use of or subscription to the service after the effective date of the price change your consent to Represents payment of the new price of the service. You agree to abide by all applicable laws against corruption including illegal payments for such cases and Eid is willing to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the county of New York, New York or the Southern District of New York and agree to waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties of these courts and to the jurisdiction of such courts.
